The committee's proposal to change the KCTTA rules to reflect changes to the ETTA model county rules resulted in proposed changes to rules 2.2.1, 4.1.3, 8.4.1 and 15.1.  The opportunity was also being taken to correct an error in rule 12.6.  The proposed new rules were adopted at the meeting.
